We are getting close to our set date. We have made a lot of changes like that we are having the time to be at 4:00-8:00. The price of the entry fee for adults is $7 and for kids under age 5 it is $2. We are still in need of donations but we have had more than the last day, we have $300 and we need $420.
We are in need of donations so if you could head on over to the donate here page and donate if you are willing. Everything helps! We have changed the flyers to say the right thing about the time and place. We are making a list of volunteers and it is almost done. We are coming to a close on what we are going to accomplish.
Today we have decided as a group to change the original time of the carnival from 1-5 PM to 4-8 PM. This change is to account for those of you who are working so that you have a little more time to get you and/or your kids to the carnival. As a result of this change, we are updating all of our flyers and calendars to the new time. We are designing new flyers right now. We are still looking for volunteers for the booths from the community so if you are willing, please let us know.
As a group we have decided that there will be a set entry fee of $7 dollars instead of a ticket system. There will also be a box in which you can put food donations for the food bank. There will also be a spot where we are having a donations jar.
We are in need of donations for making this happen. Any donations that add up to $420 will be used for the making of this fun community service fair. We will also be in need of volunteers to help with the carnival. For the rest of the groups we have some info for the blog but are still in search of more. We are working on posters which we hope to have done by the end of this week. We are calling companies to see if we can get more donations. Any info that you could tell us like if you are coming or not or you know of someone who is coming.
We have don't have many changes but what we can say that we are working on the booths. We are working on the games for the booths. We will mention again that we still need donations for all the things.
As the tech team we are getting new info from all the groups. There are multiple places that we are going to hang flyers in many locations. Not many things have changed but we will continue to update this as we go. We are decorating flyers and posters.
Hey guys! Today we are working on getting prizes for the events still. We are also trying to get more volunteers. If you know of anybody that can help with or run food booths, please let us know. We also need donations to help support buying games and other cool stuff for the carnival.
For the Wildcat community fair, we are coming up with prizes to give for the winners of the games. Again, the community fair is on November 18, 2016 at the old gym on the hill from 1-5 PM. There will probably be about 9 booths (so far, plan on more). Stay tuned for more details because we might need some extra volunteers. We are discussing the ticket costs as of right now and will let you know as soon as we can.
